The information you provided is not enough to diagnose the problem. Yet I suppose the tests are inconsistent due to problems with object recognition. I suggest that you go through the Handling the 'Object Not Found' Errors section as it describes typical ways of diagnosing and resolving issues with missing and non-recognized objects.
