Not launching the desktopapp in Test Execute machine

I have developed my tests on an XP PC with TestComplete and would like to run my tests on remote PC's. 

I have TestExecute installed on a remote PC and configured the NetworkSuite an Agents.

When I run my script on remote PC, the desktop application is not getting launched.

Is there ay way to solve this issue?

I am using "TestedApps.Application.Run"
