We have a great learning course - TestComplete: Handling the "Object Not Found" Errors. It contains videos explaining why the error appears and possible ways to resolve it. I recommend that you enroll in the course to try to find the solution.
This issue has been resolved now after I started to refer to full name of the objects from object explorer.
