not able to fetch internal object of mobile app for android mobile

Hi,

 

I'm using Test Complete 11.31, I Recorded login and logout my application then i able to fetch object like (login,logout Edit box). but when i recorded internal object of my mobile application then i'm not able to fetch object Item and operation. if i use object spy then i able to fetch object mapping but this object mapping is very big length and i'm also able to see my application object on object browser but problem only that i'm not able recorded internal object of my app.

 

Samsung Galaxy S3,

-4.3 jelly bean

please  help to overcome this problem.

    Most probably, this behavior will require investigation. Please create a support case and describe your issue in detail. Also, please attach your non-instrumented Android application. Thanks!
