We had unexpected technical problems with our License Server starting approximately on Friday last week. Our Team have been working very hard over the weekend to bring the server back to life, and we fixed the problem on Sunday.
Now, the server is working normally, and our clients should not have any problems with license-related activities. So, please try following the procedure one more time.
If you need any assistance, please open a case with us directly - this is a faster way to get a response, as compared to Forums.
We apologize for the inconvenience you had because of this problem. We will be working to identify ways to avoid such situations in the future.
