Node license

Hello,

I made the mistake of selecting ID-Based licensing instead of Node Based for a new VM I am spinning up. How do I revert TestExecute back to using a Node license? Every time I start it up TestExecute the ID-Based license UI is launched, but there does not seem to be an option to change license type back to node based.
