Named License change to Floating License

hi all:

    My company have bought the tc 8 named license for automate testing.And i got the mail from support.

    Here is the thing:

    The named license has not been activated, and i find that floating license is more suitable for our team.

    So can i change the named license to floating license and fill the price difference?
