Mysterious blue tile icon in my keyword test margin

Hi All-

What are these blue "tiles" in the margin of my keyword test (see screenshot)? I tried doing a search in the online help then realized I don't even know what they're called. I must have inadvertantly triggered something as I don't recall seeing them before and they are not in any other keyword test under this particular project.
