My TestComplete couldn't run

My TestComplete run normal before, but one day it couldn't run, when I click [Run] button, it will stick long time, I only could kill process from Task Manager. even I re-install TestComplete or my PC OS, it also couldn't run. do you know what will lead this problem happen?

    No, I'm useing TestComplete 9.2 and Node-Locked license.

    I suggest that you update to TestComplete 9.30, which is the latest product version.


     


    If the problem persists in this version, please follow the steps below to collect more information about the issue:


    1. When the problem occurs, run the Report Generator tool located here: <TestComplete>\Bin\ReportGenerator.exe.


    2. Select the Launch/attach to TestComplete option.


    3. TestComplete will be launched. The problem should persist.


    4. Click the "Generate..." button in the Report Generator tool and save the report to a local folder.


    5. Send the report to our Support team for investigation.
