TestComplete Error when running on Pipeline

Hello,

We run TestComplete on multiple an Azure Dev-Ops Pipelines on Virtual Machines. It used to run fine but since December of last year, we have been getting this error on more and more of our runs:

Error Message:  Exception

It started at first on just one run and now it seems it is always happening.

Our TestComplete Adapter is 1.15069.139.  Our Version of Testexcute is 15.69.

Can someone advise on what the issue may be and a solution?

    You should post the usual information you would in any bug report.  We need a full error message and steps to reproduce the condition if possible.  OS versions would be helpful as well as the type of testing environment such as web, desktop.  Context for the error condition such as when it occurs (failing code, command, method), maybe a code snip and something from the test log. It would also be good to include what you have tried to do so far to resolve the issue.

    Right now we only know you are getting an exception in version 15.69 running in a pipeline on a vm.

    "Error Message:  Exception" doesn't really help or mean anything useful, accept for, something has gone wrong!

    Are there any log details or log files associated with this exception? You might need to enable logging or debugging information, which should provide more details.

    What has changed since December?

    It would also be good to know what is throwing the exception, Pipeline or TestComplete.

    Hello.

    I noticed for all our failing tests we always get this message in the .html log file.

    The SmartBear Test Extension is not Installed or is Disabled

    We run multiple TestComplete Projects at once on Virtual Machines in an Agent Poole.

    Our Chrome version is 133.0.6943.142
