Moving existing node-locked license from one physical m/c to a new physical m/c.

We are planning to move our existing node-locked license from one physical m/c to a new m/c.  As I understand we need to deactivate first the license from the current m/c and then reactivate in the new m/c.

1) Would appreciate help in outlining the entire process (currently using TestComplete 11.30 version)

2) What happens to our existing Test scripts, Test logs, name mapping and other related objects that are associated with it? Once we deactivate, is it possible to transfer the data from the old m/c to the new m/c and run it successfully there? What precautions / steps one should take before deactivating the license to ensure that transition is smooth, effective and error free?

... or you should make them relative to the project location in the first place wherever possible, so it'll work anywhere. Far more portable. Far less breakable.

    You can refer to this

Once you tranfer licence to new machine

you can copy and pase scripts from old m/c to new m/c

if you have specified directory structures, driver mappings in tests you should have same in new mechine.
