Missing Chrome extension is there
I am attempting to record a test, partially using Chrome. Whenever I try I get an error message that the Chrome Extension is not enabled. But as you can see below, it is enabled.

What version of Chrome are you using? Because Chrome updates frequently, SmartBear has to release occasional patches to cover for the newer versions.
As soon as I checked it said "updating" so I do not know whether "Version 74.0.3729.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)" is the current or updated.
