Loading Chart. Please Wait, Chart never appears

I recently received a new machine using MS7 64 bit OS with 8 GB of ram instead of my previous MS7 32 bit OS with 4 GB of ram.

Had transfered Test Complete license over sucessfully and scripts appear to run, but have noticed if I run my scripts from my Organize Tests work area when they are complete they no longer are displaying my Pie Graph of what completed Successfully/Failed, instead I am seeing "Loading chart. Please wait".  I have noticed the same thing if I try to display results (chart) of things I had run before machine switch and was previously successfully able to view the Chart (was able to confirm from historical image I attached in previously sent email).

Are these Charts produced via Java?  Noticed I have same version of java loaded on old and new machine (java version 1.7.0.67), noticed new machine was not able to see java version from command line "java -version" command so added the java bin path (; C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin) to my System variable path and now can see the java version via command line, Test Complete still doesn't load Charts.

Any ideas of why my Test Complete is hanging with "Loading Charts. Please wait" and never displaying them?

If I remember correctly you need to have flash player installed for the graph to show up.

Thanks Cunderw, I have checked that, I have the flash player installed as well as enabled for my browsers via the following website and it stated it was using current Flash Version 20.0.0.306 (debug version), Browser name Internet Explorer (ActiveX), Operatring system Windows (Windows 7), and I can successfully view the animated flash generated picture at the bottom of the webpage with the clouds moving. I can see same thing with Google Chrome and Firefox just with different Browser appropriate Names listed.

On my old machine I was using Flash Version 19.0.0.245 (debug version).  Don't believe the Flash Version should cause any issue unless there is some sort of issue with Test Complete utilizing the most recent Flash Player?

Thanks for your feedback, do you or anyone else have other ideas of things to chcck or consider?
