Thanks Cunderw, I have checked that, I have the flash player installed as well as enabled for my browsers via the following website and it stated it was using current Flash Version 20.0.0.306 (debug version), Browser name Internet Explorer (ActiveX), Operatring system Windows (Windows 7), and I can successfully view the animated flash generated picture at the bottom of the webpage with the clouds moving. I can see same thing with Google Chrome and Firefox just with different Browser appropriate Names listed.

On my old machine I was using Flash Version 19.0.0.245 (debug version). Don't believe the Flash Version should cause any issue unless there is some sort of issue with Test Complete utilizing the most recent Flash Player?
Thanks for your feedback, do you or anyone else have other ideas of things to chcck or consider?

Try uninstalling / reinstalling TestComplete...

If I recall correctly when I moved from my old laptop to my new laptop, using Windows Add/Remove Program, it prompted me if I wanted to completely uninstall, then it asked me if I wanted to deactivate License (and some verbage related to moving to another machine).
I am thinking I would want to accept the completly uninstall option, then choose to NOT deactivate the license since I will be turning around and reloading the Test Complete back on the same machine I just removed it from.
Does that sound correct?
Thanks, Mark

It does. You're right . . . there's no point in deactivating the license if you'd just simply have to re-activate it again on that same machine.
