Known Solution for TestComplete 9.20: TestComplete/TestExecute is not Installed

Hello Team,


We have recently found one issue that you may also face when using the Network Suite feature in TestComplete 9.20.



When verifying a host from the master computer, you get an error dialog with this text:

Verification failed <test_name>: Remote TestComplete is not installed


Verification failed <test_name>: Remote TestExecute is not installed


When running a test, you may get the same error in the Test Log.

At that, the required tool is actually installed on the remote host, and has the right version number matching that of the master TestComplete.



Our R&D Team have prepared a patch that fixes this issue in TestComplete 9.20.
