Thank you for specifying your TestComplete version.

It looks like TestComplete calculates coordinates of your target RAD Context Menu item incorrectly for some reason. To continue investigating your problem, we need an application with which the problem can be reproduced. Could you please use our Contact Support web form and send us your application under test (or a sample application demonstrating the problem)?
