Issue with license using SmartBear ID

Hello There, My organization has purchased a Floating license for the TestComplete Desktop Module and ?TestComplete Platform. The Admin has also assigned me with a license in the license manager.

But When I try to open TestComplete and login with my credentials for SmartBear account, It shows "You have not specified your SmartBear ID" 


Any idea why this popup is displayed even though I have a license assigned to my ID in license manager?
