Issue with combobox with TestComplete 9.1 and IE9?

I am trying to run a script on TestComplete 9.1 on IE9.  So far, I have had several instances of consistent freeze up when a combobox is clicked.  It seems to happen only when IE has two (or maybe more) windows open. 



I had the issue running the script against JDE EnterpriseOne, Agile and Oracle Transportation Manager web apps in particular.  With JDE, TestComplete seemed have had no issue accessing a combobox when there was only one IE window.



I am using the tag model, if that matters.



Has anyone else experienced this?  Is there a way around it?
