Is it possible to run testcomplete with data on the remote machine?
Testcomplete is installed in my local pc.Is it possible to run tests using test data and environment on the remote PC if testcomplete is not installed on the remote pc?

No, this is not possible. TestComplete/TestExecute must be installed on the system where tests are executed.
The only exception is if you connect to the remote machine via Remote Desktop (RDP) and TestComplete will execute actions over the RDP window. But as the RDP window is just a picture, TestComplete will be able to do only coordinate-based actions that will result in extremely unreliable and non-manageable tests.
