Is Dev Express Controls (TCXGrid) is able to recognize by testcomplete to cell click ?

We are using TestComplete to test an application developed with delphi.

The application contains DevExpress TCXGrid.

To perform click operation on required cell, Listing values of a specific column and getting the row count,

The application is supposed to runin debug mode or not ?

We tried without debug mode but not able to get the value.

If its required to be the application should compile in debug mode before releasing, the TestComplete cannot be used by our QC.
