Importing .acnfg

I am trying to import a .acnfg files (tc9_vs2012black.acnfg and OgreDarkScheme.acnfg) from the link below following the directions in the post but nothing changes in my interface.  I am on the latest...

    I just found the 'Dark Theme'.  This is what I wanted.  I am not sure why the .acnfg files won't import however.

    Hi scot1967 ! Yes, TestComplete now has its own dark theme! Hope that you like it.

     

    As for the .acnfg files, the topic is quite outdated, so that could be the issue.
