Ignoring mask
My region comparison is using a mask. When I run the Keyword Test, it ignores it.

Did you create the comparison mask as it's described in the "Region Checkpoint Wizard - Edit Comparison Mask Page" article? Could you please send your project to our Support team so that they could investigate it.
BTW, based on this thread you created earlier, I suggest that you try using the Transparent parameter for comparison. Read this article for more information.

Did they use to work in TestComplete 9.10? In this case, it looks like an issue in v. 9.20. Could you please refer to our Support team and inform them about this?
