IE 8 get crash while mapping a object in new window.

Hi Team,



I faced a scenario in which IE 8 got crash. Below mentioned is the same.



In the scenario i clicked an image and a new window open up. For mapping the object of that window i used findChild method. But IE 8 got crash on mapping the object. This happens only when i am using combination of (XP and IE8) as with (Win 7 and IE8) it passed.



I manually verified the whole scenario but nothing will happened. Would you please help me.

    Hi Vinay,

     


    What TestComplete version are you using? The latest product version is 10.20 - can you check whether the issue is reproduced with it?


     


    Anyway, I would recommend that you contact our Support team as some investigation may be required.

    sorry for the late reply, Yes i am using testcomplete 10.20 and the issue is occuring in the same.
