IE 11 Notification Bar recognized on one machine, but not another

I have a test that tries to download a file. On a local testing machine I have, I was able to get Test Complete to recognize the Open/Save buttons in the little notification bar that pops up in IE 11.  However, when I tried transferring the scripts to the remote machine, it couldn't recognize the same notification bar buttons.  As far as I can tell, the two Test Complete projects have the same settings. The only differences I can see is that the remote machine doesn't have the latest IE 11.

    Browser version difference is probably the case here.  There are differences even in IE 11 running on Windows 7 versus running on Windows 10.

      I actually did a comparison, and they both have the same version of IE.

       

      However, my local machine is Windows 7 and the remote one is Windows Server 2008.
