iam trying give inputs to textbox through keyboard but App is not identifying the keyboard events.

iam automation mobile app.

i can able to record the session in login screen(giving inputs in username and password)

but after running my test(the inputs through the keyboard not identified and throwing error)

how to solve this keyboard issue in mobile app.

    It would be helpful to provide script/screenshot examples, as well as what the actual error message is.

      i can able to give inputs through in laptop keyboard not in this mobile keyboard.

      not recognizing  mobile keyboard.

      i have checked this same app in other tools like lambdatest, browser stack all the events are working

      fine.

       

      any set up is needed for keyboard separately. let me know
