How to send Indicator and/or Log.Message to Console during TestComplete run from command line?

Indicator and Log information does not output to the console.  This is not a capability of TestComplete.

Question: Why do you have such a need?  What purpose does this serve within your organization/test automation implementation?  Perhaps there's a better way to achieve what you need.
