How to post a failed(script) log of Testcomplete as a ‘ bug’ in JIRA, if its already configured??

- Already configured with JIRA.

- User credentials given

- All fields are entered

- while creating a defect report error occured: Project has no bug issue.

    Look in JIRA.  I believe that error is telling you that the JIRA project you are posting the issue to does not have a Bug issue type defined.

      I checked in my JIRA, attached(issue_type) issue types for JIRA what we have for our projects.

      Issue categories have 'Bug'(issue_category).  

            cant we use other JIRA issue types to create a bug, to import from test complete?

        Your JIRA has been modified to change the Issue Types so that "Bug" is no longer an Issue Type but instead is an Issue Category. The TestComplete plug-in expects an Issue Type of "Bug". You will have to modify the JIRA script extension to work with your instance of JIRA or change your instance of JIRA to work with the TestComplete script extension.
