How to post a failed(script) log of Testcomplete as a ‘ bug’ in JIRA, if its already configured??

- Already configured with JIRA. - User credentials given - All fields are entered - while creating a defect report error occured: Project has no bug issue.

Look in JIRA.  I believe that error is telling you that the JIRA project you are posting the issue to does not have a Bug issue type defined.

I checked in my JIRA, attached(issue_type) issue types for JIRA what we have for our projects.

Issue categories have 'Bug'(issue_category).  

      cant we use other JIRA issue types to create a bug, to import from test complete?
