    You could just do:

    function openDevTools() {
      Sys.Browser("chrome").Page("*").Keys("[F12]")
    }

Just want to validate few things on different tabs. I tried this to move to Performance tab but did not work Sys.Browser("chrome").Page("*").Keys("[Ctrl][Shift][P]")
