How to import and run existing testcases of Testing repository to local machine ?

Example : My codes are pushed to the repository of Azure Devops and now other team member who has also installed the TestComplete wants to run my code. How is it possible ?

You may follow the doc below to use the Source Control feature of TC to clone the Azure repo on your teammate's machine.
