how to find a topic already existing in this forum

Hi All, anybody,



Can you help to explain how can we find whether a topic already exisiting in this forum. I have tried to find in the right top corner search bar, but cannot find it. I remember in the earlier for there was a search bar on top of the forum, so it was easier to find. Now it is alien... can anybody help.
