how to connect license server for Azure test VMs

Hi, we are going to move our current automation test from local to Azure. We have already had a license server PC but it was setup in local. How can we connect the license server from Azure? Setup a VPN tunnel between Azure and local? Is there any other way than setting up VPN?

Thanks for the reply. But our local license server cannot connect to the Azure test VMs. We still need a VPN connection or we need a public IP of the license server.

you can create a new vm in Azure just solely for the purpose of acting as a license machine. Make sure the necessary ports are open in all relevant Azure VM's configuration (so both the machines running TestComplete/TestExecute and the VM functioning as a license server), so that they can talk to eachother.
