How do I compare test run results

My scripts run on test complete and the results are posted on our websphere. I need to take the results of the tests and compare them to each other. How do i do this?

      It's not clear what you want to compare.

      Is it Log file 1 with Log file 2

      or number of paased and failed in two 

      or screen captures you got in two log files?
