I just logged into a new system that I haven't used TestComplete in a while. It did have an older version of TestComplete on it so I uninstalled it and installed the latest version. Now when I'm trying to login it pops up "Failed to verify login request" error even though I was logged in and the product code showed up. I tried pasting the product code onto the license manager but TestComplete still wouldn't start. See attached.

How old was the version you updated? This could be caused by the transition from an old version to the new SmartBear ID-based licensing system.
