If you mean your initial ticket - M0101896, it turns out you specified your e-mail address incorrectly - without the .com part at the end. That's why, the support reply was delivered only at your colleague's e-mail and not to yours.
Note: I have raised the issue {Issue# M0101973] and got mail to my colleague about this saying that Your support has sent me a mail, I am not getting mail. The solution has taken from my colleague's mail.
