Error: "Failed to set the up-down control position" What does it mean?

What does this error mean? How would I fix it?



"Failed to set the up-down control position to 3. 2 was set instead of it."

    Hi Heidi,


     


    TestComplete cannot get access to the third item during the test for some reason. Do you access an item using a name? Try using its index.
