I appear to be missing web. I used to be able to launch web browsers through test complete, and I am not sure how the web portion was removed. I swear this was not on a trial that I was using this. I am trying to get my supervisor to look into if we are licensed. Is there a way to download again?

Try reinstalling TestComplete and make sure that you have the Web module activated when installing the product.
If this doesn’t help, I recommend that you contact our Support Team ( http://support.smartbear.com/product-list/ ) as it can require analyzing of your license state.
