Enable TC chrome addon through batch file

So I have a batch file that clears the chrome cookies/cache. Issue is it also affects the chrome TestComplete addon and disables it. I cant seem to clear everythign down without affecting the addon.

Any ideas how I can do this by either not affectingthe TC chrome addon or how can I enable the addon via batch file or code through test complete.
