Drop down text boxes that triggers values by entering first few letters is not playing correctly .

Hi,

My application has a drop down text box which triggers the values when entered first 3 letters and choose form the values from the drop down that displays.

Test Complete recorded fine but not able to play back that particular step correctly. when playing back , it doesn't show the values in the drop down but enters the final text value chosen in the text box and when clicked enter or any where on the screen or go to next field, it wipes out the value.

How can make it run this step successfully.

My application has few fileds that triggers and shows drop down values when first few letters are entered.

If there is a solution for this it willbe great.
