Disable Name Mapping

Hi,



I am using Test Complete 9.30. I want to disable the Name mapping option. i tried using Tools--> Options. but still when i open my projects, i am getting name mapping. can you please help me to remove Name Mapping.

    In order to completely get rid of NameMapping you have to perform 2 actions:



    1. Disable it in Option (Tools - Options - Engines - NameMapping - Map object names automatically)

    2. Remove NameMapping item from your project

    Hi Sujatha,

    Though you can disable Name Mapping file, I am just getting curious, for what reason you want to do that and then what if you want to customize identification of some object properties?
