Deactivate License
Hello!
I have a problem with deactivation of the license on one of machines. Currently Node-Locked License for TestComplete 12 is activated. It should be deactivated and then activated for TestComplete 14. But deactivation was not successful and now it’s in “Please apply update (Cancel Pending)” state.
In deactivate lisence page i observer red message:
"There is a license update that was generated for one of the products installed on your computer, but was not applied.
To continue, please apply the update first."
Could you please deactivate it so I can activate TC 14?
