Deactivate License limit

Good day. In our tests routinely used transfer time, because of this license is often dropped, set the correct date did not resolve problem. We deactivated the license and activated again. Only it helps us. But it has a limitt. Now we can not run TestComplete or TestExecute. Our subscription is over, as we now run the tests?
