Cross-browser testing not working with Firefox 16.

IE and Chrome expose exactly the same tree, as children of a Browser object, but Firefox 16 is completely different, and Firefox is not recognized as a browser but as normal process. I understa...

Support for Firefox 16 is implemented in TestComplete 9.10 (there is no need to install an additional patch). As for the "mysterious" issue resolving, it's difficult to say why that happened. Maybe the Firefox Support plug-in wasn't enabled in TestComplete...
