As mentioned elsewhere, you should investigate using native methods. In other worse, there is a property (based upon your screenshot) of NativeCPPObject. If you follow that, there should be a bunch of properties and methods there that perhaps you can access... the way you would do so would be, for example as from the other thread the GetText() method,
Sys.Process('powersheet')...Window('fpSpread7','',1).NativeCPPObject.GetText(...)
See if that helps out.
I am not able to find any method or properties under NativeCPPObject. is there any way to get methods and properties?

If your application is compiled as described in other threads and you are running that debug version, that is the only way to get that information.
So, you are saying that when you click on the ellipses button beside NativeCPPObject in your object browser, you don't have any properties or methods available? The screenshot you posted earlier appears to be from NameMapping. Make sure you are viewing your object within the Object Browser to be able to see the full, live information for your object. Again... you need to make sure that the debug version of your application is running.

As you mentioned I tried to explore properties under Object Browser still hard luck i couldn't find any method or properties of NativeCPPObject if I'm Clicking on ellipse button. I'm not sure what is debug version of application as our team is completely new on TestComplete. I've attached setting of Default Project and also i've attached object browser screenshot.
Thanks
