Connecting to JIRA from Test Complete, can't find my Project

Hi,

 

Thank you for your reply.  Here is what I can tell you.

 

1) I have a new dedicated machine for TC, the trial was on my local machine.

2) I am using the same Project in JIRA that I used during my trial

3) I beleive that the priveges are the same.  I am an Admin in JIRA and an Admin on the new machine where TC is now located.

4) Not sure about the Antivirs as that is controled by our IT Dept.

Are you able to navigate directly to JIRA and find your project from your new TC machine (outside of TC)?

    Hi, 

     

    Yes, I am able to get to JIRA from a browser on my new machine, outside of TC.  The Project is correctly listed in JIRA.

      Are you able to connect to any other project in JIRA?  

       

      What version of TC was your trial and what do you have now?

        Hi Marsha,

         

        I am not able to connect to any other project.  The list of Projects isn't even displayed

        As for TC, I am using 12.60, I believe that was the same one for my trial as well.
