I think you should go ahead and contact Support directly at this link:
Here are a few things that you can check:
Are you using the same machine to connect that you did with your trial?
Are you using the same project that you did with your trial?
Are the privileges the same between where your project is and where your licensed TC is as they were before?
Has your antivirus been updated lately?

Thank you for your reply. Here is what I can tell you.
1) I have a new dedicated machine for TC, the trial was on my local machine.
2) I am using the same Project in JIRA that I used during my trial
3) I beleive that the priveges are the same. I am an Admin in JIRA and an Admin on the new machine where TC is now located.
4) Not sure about the Antivirs as that is controled by our IT Dept.
Are you able to navigate directly to JIRA and find your project from your new TC machine (outside of TC)?
