What version of TestComplete are you using? And what browser are you using?

The technology used, assuming it's a web application, is it actually supported? See https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/general-info/supported-technologies/index.html

You can also use the browsers DevTools to inspect the HTML coding, to see how the list is generated.
