Case opened for upgrade to TestComplete popup

I am getting a popup today saying there is a newer version of TestComplete.   TestComplete   The upgrade process completes, but TestComplete is still Product down load p...

    Per SmartBear Customer Care:

    Thank you for reaching out to us! The current version of TestComplete is the version that you are on ( and the version that is being prompted does not exist yet. There is not a new update for TestComplete outside of the version that you have now. We are aware of the issue and it has been reported to our development team. If you are still on the current version, do not update TestComplete. I suggest ignoring the update until further notice.
