Can't capture MASKED TEXTBOX when recording

hi, i have testcomplete 9 installed here. When i do record a keyword test and fill up a masked textbox. After running the test, i noticed that it does not capture the data i put in the masked textbox. How can i capture it?

    Check whether the Keys or SetText method is used to fill in the text box. Try using Keys.
