Symbol in Manage Org Members

I assigned a license to a new user and the user has accepted the invite and created a SmartBear account.  When I go under the Manage Organization Members to make this new user an Administrator, there is a tringle symbol next to his email (see attachment).  When I hover over the symbol, it says "User has not accepted the invitation to the organization" which isn't true.  What steps do I need to take so the symbol doesn't appear?
